Windows 10: Bluetooth mobile mouse 3600 is paired to my computer but only shows "Remove Device" not...

Bluetooth mobile mouse 3600 is paired to my computer but only shows "Remove Device" not "connect". I use the mouse on more than one computer. I have to to unpair it every time to be able to re-pair it and connect. Is there a way to have the "connect" option with the "Remove Device" so I don't have to keep unpairing?

here is the steps to solve it:

1. remove the device from the Bluetooth connected devices

2. Buy Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 - Microsoft Store (chose downloads then download mouse and keyboard center for your windows version "will be detected automatically" )

3. install the download application

4. pair your microsoft mouse

5. the application will detect the mouse

6. its working now

I have an AUROS x3 running Windows 10. I bought a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse 3600 for use with the laptop but it has started showing as paired in my bluetooth devices list but does not move respond to any movement or mouse clicks. If I unpair and re pair
it works for no more than 15 seconds before going off again! I would be immeasurably grateful if someone is able to tell me what I am doing wrong!

I am trying to pair my Bluetooth Mobile 3600 Mouse with with a second device after my Microsoft Surface Pro. When I paired it with my Dell work computer, it would no longer work on the Surface Pro. Please advise how to have the 3600 recognize both
