    Bluetooth mobile mouse 3600 is stuck on pairing and wont turn off and wont connect


    it used to work perfectly , battery ran out i changed t and it was stuck on pairing wont turn off I paired it and it would pair and not connect , tried to disconnect and connect nothing changed also changed the batteries and its still stuck on pairing
