Windows 10: Bluetooth module problem on ASUS UX303UB laptop

Hi everyone,I just ask again for a support in order to find a solution regarding my bluetooth module Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 model AC 71265 NGW used on my system ASUS UX303UB. As I mentioned first time August 2022, my system doesn't "see" the bluetooth device, AFTER LAPTOP BATTERY REPLACEMENT. I replaced the above mentioned module two times including version 8265.I looked for the specific drivers, I used Live Asus Update. I did run additional troubleshooting. No result.In the Device Manager there is no bluetooth icon.If someone of you has solution for this issue, please share.Th

Bluetooth problem

I have an Asus laptop, model UX303UB.

After battery replacement my system doesn't "see" bluetooth module, and, of course, I cannot use it. I replaced the WiFi-Bluetooth module (7265NGW) two times, but the problem still there.

How could I solve this issue?

I saw, on other forums, that some people faced the same problem (having different laptop brand). No one provided a solution for the above mentioned problem.

Hoping somebody could advise on the issue, I thank you in advance!

Having problems with certain software not running on UX303UB Asus Zenbook that i bought earlier today. Tried running compatibility software with no luck. Computer has i7 processor and dedicated graphics card. Not sure what I can do.

Bluetooth not working on ASUS laptop

There are several factors that may cause this issue. To better assist you, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
