Windows 10: Bluetooth mouse and keyboard freeze - until bluetooth settings are opened

I have a brand new logitech MX Anywhere S3 mouse and it will be working fine, but while I'm using it not sitting idle it will completely freeze. The trackpad still works on my computer, but the mouse will stay frozen until I use the windows search bar to search for "Bluetooth and other device settings", at which point the mouse unfreezes. Please help!

1. Randomly, mouse doesn't move and keyboard input does not do anything
   
2. They respond again after i open Bluetooth settings in Windows 10 (****?)
   

I have tried to update to Lenovos latest Bluetooth driver for Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) - no improvement. I have also tried to download a even newer driver directly from Intel, no improvement.

I have tried to disable sleep mode for the driver - not possible. I have tried a different bluetooth keyboard, same issue. Event viewer does not show any errors when it occurs.

i have the mirosoft bluetooth keyboard / mouse and i cant use it untill windows boots up meaning i have to plug up a corded keyboard to get to the bios durins stratup or post

does anyone know about this is there a fix tried searching myself no luck

Based on your description, it seems that the Bluetooth service is set to run "on demand".

When the Bluetooth mouse freezes, please press Windows+S and search for "Services", and select "Run as administrator". Look for "Bluetooth Support Service", and start (or restart) it. If restarting works, right-click the service and set the startup type to "Automatic" and reboot. Check whether the issue persists.
