Windows 10: Bluetooth mouse cursor suddenly jumps to right/down while using.

Hi, I bought a bluetooth receiver v5.3 for my wireless mouse. When I tried it with my PC, the mouse cursor just suddenly jumps to the right and sometimes jumps downward with both specific distance. But when I try my mouse to the built in bluetooth of my laptop, it works just fine. i also tried the bluetooth receiver in my laptop and the mouse cursor still behaves the same. The driver seems updated. I also tried uninstalling and re-pairing the bluetooth mouse but still the same. The mouse just works fine with built in bluetooth of my laptop. My OS is Windows 10.How can I identify what's causi

Jumping mouse cursor

Mouse cursor keeps jumping out of control. I've uninstalled it (there were 3 listed under the mouse device) and then updated the device driver. Didn't fix it. What do I do?

But it seems the problem is not with the arc mouse. I turned off the mouse and wile using the touch pad on the keyboard, the cursor acts the same as before... It suddenly jumps to the corner of the screen...

What do I do now?

 

Mouse cursor jumping to top right of screen

Hi,

I've been having a problem with my mouse cursor for the past few days and the problem just started at of no where. At random times the mouse cursor will jump to the top right of the screen. I have tried most troubleshooting methods I could find and was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or could help me. Thanks in advance.
