Windows 10: Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard stops working on Windows 11

I have a Dell Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard combo. This combo has a USB dongle as well as 2 Bluetooth settings. I have the dongle plugged into my Windows 10 computer, and then use one of the Bluetooth settings on my Windows 11 device. Every so often, the mouse and keyboard will stop working on the Windows 11 device. I can switch the devices over to the Windows 10 computer and they still work just fine. I have gone into my Bluetooth settings on the Windows 11 device and see they are still paired and connected to the computer, and says they are working properly, but they do not work. I have tri

Wired Keyboard and Mouse Stop Working - Windows 10
I have an old Dell Studio that is running windows 10 ---

Ir has Windows 10 and SSD installed - to me it does what it needs to do but this darn mouse and keyboard stuff stopping working with no rhyme or reason is making me very frustrated.

Keyboard and Mouse are wired - NOT WIRELESS

• I cannot easily unplug and plug in the mouse/keyboard to get it going again... they are still lit up but they are dead basically and I have to do a hard reset.
  
• USB selective suspend is disabled.
• I checked the drivers for the keyboard and mouse and they are updated.
• I checked to see if PC has KB4074588 and it does not.

I am not sure what else to do.... I can go days without the issue and then days where anytime I step away from the PC it stops working.

I can say when it is working it just does not just stop ... only when I walk away and the machine is idle or the screen is locked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Mouse and keyword stop working at the same time in Windows 11. Once when it happened uninstallation of Antivirus was stopped. I have read many articles on the internet but they have not solved the problem. Some of them are listed below:

I contacted a technician in Microsoft but he cannot solve the problem. I have a feeling that the problem is caused by cyberattacks because they happen usually in the daytime and not in the nighttime. I ran my computer without connecting to the internet and the problem did not happen. Please suggest how can I solve the problem.
