    Blutooth mouse in Windows 10

I upgraded my Dell laptop to Windows 10. Decide to connect Bluetooth mouse. Connecting and pairing process went smooth , and mouse is working up to moment when I reboot machine. After rebooting laptop is not responding to mouse. In the setting Bluetooth
window I can see this mouse as connected and paired. After disconnecting and reconnecting and repairing mouse is working again

until next reboot. What do I have to do , to keep Bluetooth mouse working?

  3. Is Windows phone realy as smooth as it is proclaimed to be?!?

Well, basically I've been searching for this since I've bought my first Lumia device 630 an year ago, without any luck. There IS a difference between flick (momentum based scrolling) and drag (scrolling by dragging finger continuously on the screen). Flick
is buttery smooth while drag is, for lack of better words, sort of shaking, jittering (stuttering). There is no official statement about this from Microsoft and I thing that's mainly because of the fact that not all people acknowledge this phenomenon. I've
been testing other Lumia devices at store and saw it on all of them. Lot of people see this only after they are told and lot of people apparently can't see it at all. Basically if you know what to look for you will see it.

Now MS can argue that's normal for touch screen devices, but I've also tested iPhone 6 where drag-to-scroll i as smooth as momentum based scrolling (flick). So now there is this "issue" that isn't normal for all touch screen devices, but it is common for
all Lumia devices. It isn't that significant and most people doesn't see that at all. Reviewers styl considered Windows Phone as smooth OS. It is not by all means deal breaker or reason to hate Lumia phones, don't get me wrong I love my Lumia phones I just
want to know what is the cause of this difference between drag and flick scrolling.

I wish to finally get some statement from Microsoft, if they are aware about it and if there is a reason why Windows Phone is made that way? Please if anyone know about this issue, if there is someone who understand touch screen devices (hardware and software)
and know what could be the cause and what could be the reason for Microsoft to leave it that way, please tell me. I've tried to contact MS and I was redirected through multiple chats, only to came to conclusion, that there is no technician who could help me
with this and that I could only look into official troubleshooting (pointless, I've already tried) or this forum here. I am not expecting any fix since this appears to be normal behaviour for Lumia devices I just want to know why.

Could it be that MS is using different (lower end) digitizers or touch panels than for example Apple, could this be how touch driver works, how is OS itself written (how it react to certain actions) or is there some broken code or something?

Here are some things that I discovered about this phenomenon: Not all people can see it. Its common for all Lumia devices. Based on that and a fact that momentum based scrolling is smooth, it can not be related to 60Hz refresh rate, that apparently only small
number of Lumia devices have. It is slightly better on some devices than others. For example it feels better in Lumia 1520 and Lumia 435. Based on what I have learned on other forums, it seems that it was better on Windows Phone 8 but I can not confirm that.

Bluetooth Mouse not as smooth as in Windows 8.1

I use a few brands of Bluetooth mice, mostly 5 Microsoft [2 on Tablets] on Win10 Notebooks and one on a MacBook Pro with macOS Sierra. I also have a Logitech on Win10 and a Targus on Win10. My Logitech does show similar symptoms as yours, not using it just now but will check the drivers next time I have it running. The Microsoft give me the best performance but are not readily available at the closer stores to me so get them on the 'net. I did get a good buy on a couple of Gigabyte Bluetooth mice, haven't tried them yet.
