Windows 10: Bluetooth Mouse not starting

I have Win 11 Insider version 23H2 22631.2861 and for some time it has been crashing with Green screen. It seems to be related to Bluetooth Support service, which is set to manual. Each time it crashes I have to start the BT Support Service to be able to connect the Surface Arc Mouse.. After the last crash, it now refuses to connect the mouse at all, it just say 'connecting...' then fails.I have done all the standard stuff in the helps, and run DSIM and SFC checks. The laptop Dell 7386 i7 has a Win10 installed on a 2nd drive, and the mouse still works fine, so I assume it's not a hardware pr

I did try that, no difference.

You mean on the computer? It's built in.

• Try connecting the Bluetooth adapter of your mouse to a different USB port.

The only thing in the 1.5' between the mouse and the laptop is a chair arm and the computer power cord.

• Go to the Start screen.
• Type Windows update and click on it from the list of results.
• Click on Check for updates on the left pane in the new window.

Windows is up to date.

I thought I just did. It's a Microsoft mouse.
