Bluetooth mouse not working after updating to windows 1703 x64

    Hi Guys,

I updated my computer to windows 10 (1703) and my Bluetooth mouse does not connect. I have paired the mouse a number of times but still not working. In the setting it indicated that the mouse is connected. I am using a Genius Nx9000 BT mouse. I have contacted the suppliers and they say it is a windows problem. Can anybody help

    :)

  2. Bluetooth mouse not working after 1703 update. Windows 10 64Bit

I see exactly the same behaviour "2017-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4038788)".

No matter which mouse I connect, wired, bluetooth or unified tech, mouse is connected and shown okay, but does not work.

  3. Cumulative update for Win10 1703 x64 (KB4041676) Oct 18, 2017 Causes bluetooth 3.0 disabled driver after bootup

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4041676) causes my Bluetooth driver to turn off after boot up.

    Toshiba Satellite B55W 2in1 i7

My Bluetooth 3.0 mouse is enabled upon power up but gets disabled right after my password is entered at the login screen.

When I open the action center, the bluetooth driver is not listed. I have to go into device manager to enable it. It says it is disabled (code 22)

I updated the driver to the 6/21/2017 version from the 6/2016 version. The driver update didn't change the functionality.

Now every time I turn on the computer my bluetooth mouse is disabled and I have to go into the device manager to enable it. When I go to the action center the driver is there but it says its not connected even though it is. In the Win 10 settings
it says Bluetooth is on and connected to my mouse.

Is the latest update causing a driver conflict that shuts my bluetooth driver off? Once I enable it, it works fine.

    Thanks.

Had the same problem, drove me nuts.
After you try all the usual stuff try updating BOTH your Bluetooth and Wifi drivers, apparently it's common that they correlate with each other.

If you can't manually find the drivers download one of those driver updates Softwares (like EasyDriver etc.)
DO NOT update everything it finds, only what's related to your problem, plus don't forget to create a restore point before, just in case.
