Windows 10: Bluetooth mouse not working after updating windows 10 (1703)

I updated my windows 10 to ver. 1703 and my Bluetooth mouse does not connect. I get a driver error.
In the device manager there is a yellow triangle in Bluetooth low energy GATT compliant HID device.
When I click on it I get the message Device could not start (code10 internal error)

Windows 10

Cannot connect the Bluetooth mouse after reboot or disconnect

I am having a laptop running in Windows 10. Also I have a Logitech bluetooth mouse. After I update the Windows 10 Creators update. It can pair normally. But when I reboot the laptop, or just disconnect the Bluetooth, It can't reconnect anymore. I
must unpair the mouse and re-pair it again every times or every restart.

It never happen when I using Windows 8, Windows 8.1, before and after Windows 10 Anniversary update with the same laptop. Also the mouse still work at other Windows 10 devices.

I tried to install some Bluetooth or Mouse input drivers from Microsoft, Lenovo (my computer's manufacturer) or Logitech, and change the setting from Device Manager, but it still not work. Anyone knows how to fix it?

I installed ALL update and my windows now in Windows 10 Version 1703.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10: August 5, 2015 broke Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse Connectivity

After my Dell 3520 Laptop installed the Cumulative Update for Windows 10: August 5, 2015 my Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Mouse no longer works. I have the Dell Wireless 1703 802.11 b g n (2.4GHz) wireless / bluetooth card installed using the Atheros 10.0.0.263
drivers.

At first Windows told me on the bluetooth devices screen that the mouse had driver errors, so I uninstalled the device. Now when searching for bluetooth devices, windows does not find the mouse. It does find and link to other devices I have tried, like
my cheap flip phone, so bluetooth is working on the machine. The mouse was working just fine before this update.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Microsoft changed certain things about the way that Windows interacts with Bluetooth devices, controllers, etc. I work at a University, and we use wireless Bluetooth temperature probes in the Chemistry department. They are made by Vernier Software & Technology, and when troubleshooting a few unrelated issues, I came across a note in Vernier's documentation stating that the Bluetooth probes will NOT function on Windows 10 1703 (any version below that is fine) due to this change.

I believe that you are experiencing something that is related. I came across this thread on StackExchange regarding (possibly) something similar: Bluetooth: BluetoothLEDevice::FromIdAsync() does not complete on 10.0.15063.

Someone from Microsoft commented in it stating this:
This issue has been fixed and is available in the latest Windows Insider Fast program flights. If you are willing, you can validate that this resolves you issues by enrolling into the insider program and installing the latest Fast flight available. The issue was also rolled out and serviced via Windows Update at the end of June, but is currently an optional update that requires manual installation.

Perhaps you can try to update to the latest Insider version to see if it resolves your issue?
