Windows 10: Bluetooth Mouse Stops Working after I Restarts My PC

I have a problem with my Bluetooth Mouse. I add new device as a bluetooth mouse. It works very well untill I restart my PC. Then it stop working. In order to fix it, first i have to remove My mouse from Bluetooth Devices in Settings. I must have to go in "Device Manager" over there in under bluetooth section I write Click on "Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 BluetoothR Adapter" and "Uninstall Device" Then I turn off the Bluetooh Function and Wireless Function and Start Again the same function. After that I add the blutooth mouse then it start working. At each restart this the way my bluetooth mouse w

My mouse stopped working while using my computer. (Yes, I changed the battery just in case.) In the process of troubleshooting and several failed attempts to restore use of my mouse, I noticed a few noteworthy things:
1) Bluetooth is now missing from the hidden icons in the task tray.
2) Bluetooth is now missing from Device Manager.
3) In settings>devices my mouse appears and indicates turned off when in fact it is turned on.
4) In settings>devices removing the device does not work.
5) In Logitech's options my device is not found -- even when attempting to pair it.

I have restarted bluetooth services in services.msc and changed it from manual to automatic startup. I have run Windows troubleshooter.

What advice can you offer?

 

Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?
