    Bluetooth MS 3600 mouse connected but no cursor - Yoga C930


    I am using a MS 3600 Bluetooth mouse with my Lenovo C930 laptop that is current up to date running Win 10 2004 and all Lenovo drivers are current



    From time to time when I bootup the machine the mouse cursor doesn't appear yet in setting is says it is connected. And if I remove and reconnect the mouse while it connects the cursor doesn't appear. After a few reboots things get back to normal. And once in a while in sleep mode it doesn't seem to wake up



    How to fix this issue?

    I understand the inconvenience you are facing with accessing Bluetooth mouse on Windows 10, we will help you with this issue.

    Do let us know if you have tried the below:

    • Have you turned on the mouse while connecting via Bluetooth?
    • Were you able to connect any other devices via Bluetooth to your laptop?
    • What is the complete error message of this issue?

    Step 1: I suggest you to download the driver for the mouse from the below link, try to install and check if it helps.

    Choose the appropriate operating system and try to install the software.

    Step 2: I suggest you to refer to the below post replied by
    Rajith R on August 29, 2015 and check if it helps.

    Microsoft 3600 Blue Tooth Mouse connects but doesn't work!

    I have done these steps several times. Please note Windows 10 finds the MS Bluetooth 3600 mouse, it pairs, and it "connects". It just doesn't work. The driver is up-to-date.

    Microsoft bluetooth mouse 3600 is not detected

    Can't see any link.

    In addition: I have this same problem on 3 different brand computers, running windows 7 (1) and windows 10 (2). The problem exists only for Microsoft mouse 3600. Other brand Bluetooth mouse works perfectly.

    This mouse 3600 only works (perfectly) in a 4th Lenovo Yoga book tablet.
