    My Boat Rockerz 255 pro+ pairs with +connects with my windows OS & My SAMSUNG Phone but no sound even after saying , connected. I removed it from 'settings' of Windows & from My phone, made it rediscoverd, then reconnected , but problem is same.. battery is showing 100% charged . Previously, it was working fine . And powering on tone is there but no power off tone , actually it isn't powering off manually.My other Bluetooth neckbands are working fine , One of them is also from Boat.

  2. Connection with bluetooth device

    Hello Hitanshu Goyal,

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    If you have tried to connect the neckband with other device and it works normally, that means your neckband is in good condition, so the problem is the connection between the neckband and your computer.

    As you judged before, the device may not recognize the microphone on the Neckband, so we suggest you to try the follow steps:

    1. Disconnect all devices related to neckband. If you could see the neckband device in the Bluetooth and other device in the computer, please delete it.

    2. Try to connect neckband to your PC again with Bluetooth, when it connected, please click Start--Settings--Sound, confirm whether you can see your neckband in the input device, if you could see that, please try to check the microphone and confirm whether it could work normally.

  3. Bluetooth Audio device not recognised by Windows

    Hello,

    I'm currently facing an issue with my Bluetooth neckbands and I'm seeking assistance to resolve it. After successfully pairing the neckbands with my PC, they do not establish a connection. Surprisingly, the device is listed in the "Other Devices" section rather than the expected "Audio" section within the settings app.

    Initially, the pairing process seemed to work seamlessly, but the problem arose when I attempted to reconnect the neckbands following a Bluetooth disconnection. Since that point, I have been unable to establish a connection at all.

    I've undertaken a variety of troubleshooting steps in an attempt to rectify the issue. This includes identifying and reinstalling the Bluetooth adapter, unfortunately without success. Notably, this issue appears to be isolated to my PC as I can successfully connect my neckbands to other devices without any problems. Similarly, my neckbands are able to connect flawlessly with other devices, indicating that the issue isn't with the neckbands themselves.

    I'd also like to mention a relevant detail that might aid in diagnosing the problem. Roughly two weeks prior to the emergence of this issue, I performed a PC reset. Interestingly, everything seemed to be functioning well post-reset. However, the problem with the Bluetooth neckbands only manifested around two weeks later.

    To sum it up, I'm encountering connectivity problems solely with my neckbands and my PC. I've exhausted my own troubleshooting efforts, and I'm hopeful that someone here might have a solution to this perplexing issue.

    As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

    Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

    1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

    2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

    3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?



    For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

    To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

    • Select Start > Settings > Devices >
      Bluetooth.
    • Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
      Yes.
