Windows 10: Bluetooth not connecting since update

Since my computer laptop updated on 3/11/25 by bluetooth is not connecting to my printer or my mouse. I have manually tried removing each and reinstalling them and I cannot. I try to turn the bluetooth on and cannot. I do not know what to do. How can I connect my bluetooth to my printer and mouse now?
