  1. Bluetooth not detecting any devices. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Help please.

As stated, Bluetooth simply isn’t detecting my devices. I’ve been attempting to connect my Xbox controller to my PC, but it isn’t showing up in the “Add a device” menu. I know that the controller is not the problem, as it is discoverable on my phone, and I’ve tested other Bluetooth devices which also never get discovered on my PC. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, but that didn’t fix the problem. A lot of people say to remove the device from the PC, but I can’t even get it to recognize the device in the first place. It’s a brand new PC so I’m not sure what the issue is, but I’ve been stuck trying to figure it out for the past couple of days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
