Windows 10: Bluetooth not finding android

I can send files from my Android phone to Window 10 over Bluetooth.But I cannot send file from Windows 10 to my Android phone.Whenever I select Bluetooth File Transfer, my Android phone doesn't show up.When I'm on my Android phone and send I file to windows, Android can find my pc and send the file.I've uninstalled the bluetooth drivers checked for updates, restarted pc several times. Turned off the bluetooth on phone, restarted phone, turned on airplane mode turned off airplane mode, turned off wifi, turned wifi back on, turned off data, turned data back on, checked for phone updates restar

Bluetooth not working

• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message?
• Have you tried installing the latest Bluetooth driver from the manufacturer's website?
