Windows 10: Bluetooth Not Showing Up in Action Centre or Device Manager; Sound Only Coming from Right...

A bit of background: a couple of weeks ago, my Lenovo Legion 5 17ACH6H randomly turned off and wouldn't turn on again. I left it with a laptop repair place, and from what I understood, a motherboard part got short-circuited, which they replaced. I picked it up a few days ago and checked that the laptop turned on fine, which it did. In the meantime, the laptop in a laptop bag fell; it wasn't a massive fall so I don't know how much damage it would've done, but perhaps it could've done something.Anyways, when I turned it on to use it today, I noticed that only the right speaker seems to be work

Bluetooth not showing in Device Manager

Hi,

I have recently installed Windows 10 Home on my assembled PC.

As i wanted to pair the device i.e my Android phone with my this PC i came across this problem.

In Action Centre when expanded no Bluetooth icon displayed.

When clicked on Device manager it doesn't show Bluetooth in the List of devices attached.

When ran troubleshooter for the same-> Additional Troubleshooters->Find & Fix other problems->Bluetooth->

" Bluetooth is not available on this device please try using an external Adapter to add"

PLEASE HELP....

That means that Device manager had not detected the Bluetooth card.
- You should not have needed to prompt it by scanning for hardware changes.
- Turning it on or off in Action centre or elsewhere does not affect its entry in Device manager. It ought to be there whether you have turned it on or not.

If you no longer have a Bluetooth problem then fine. Otherwise, create a thread about the problem in
