Windows 10: Bluetooth not working all of a sudden,it has to do w win update today

believe, the window update cumulative update (KB4592449) has broke the bluetooth connectivity on my laptop. It not working at all with my logitech mouse. The very first step, I did was check the

in settings It shows the bluetooth as turned off, However I tried to Add again, this message appeared




This is very unusual, it first time this happened, no other occurrence where the bluetooth goes completely missing. I checked on the

where I found two things, One was bluetooth missing and other one being Unknown USB Device error (

Code 43 ) I took the next step to reinstall or repair mode to fix the driver (Qualcomm QCA9377wifi +bluetooth ). This also did not fix the problem

Under troubleshoot in settings, I did run the troubleshooter, only to find that problem found detected, it doesn't say anything else other than this information. One thing I did was go in to services then on "Bluetooth audio gateaway service" "Bluetooth support Service " "Bluetooth user support service " I reapplied whatever the setting was and service status as running.

I am still trying to figure out whats going on, I would appreciate if someone can take a look or share some knowledge on fixing the issue. Thank you.
Btw, I uninstalled the update, the bluetooth doesn't work.

Bluetooth failure since last Win 10 update

Bluetooth issues after a Windows update could be due to:

• Outdated drivers.
• Corrupted Bluetooth or system files.
• Corrupted Windows update.

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you run the Windows 10 built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter:

• Type Troubleshoot in Windows search box and press Enter.
• Select Bluetooth, then click Run the troubleshooter.

If that didn't work, try running
System File Checker and DISM. Those are utilities in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Windows 10 computer paired w/ bluetooth speaker, but doesn't send music to speaker

A possible solution to Bluetooth speaker playback issue I tried all the steps listed in several posting forums with no success. I finally found a solution after 3 hours of investigating. 1st several forums suggest updating drivers... but do not specify which drivers to update i.e. the Bluetooth device? (eg. bose audio, sony driver for sony Bluetooth headphones etc.), or the windows driver?

*** For me the solution was updating the Bluetooth driver from LENOVO's website (the laptop/computer manufacture's website) once the driver was installed the bluetooth playback through BOSE Bluetooth audio adaptor worked perfectly.

I understand not everyone will have a LENOVO laptop/computer however I think it is worth downloading the latest Bluetooth driver from the device you are streaming from.

No Bluetooth after 2004 Update

Hi, since updating to the 2004 version of W 10, my Bluetooth has gone on the blink......I have uninstalled it, then re-installed, still won't work.....unpaired my phone, now it won't even re -pair...I know it's not the phone as it works on other laptop....any suggestions ?
