    When I was working as usual the bluetooth on my laptop LENOVO_MT_20QW_BU_Think_FM_ThinkPad X1 Extreme 2nd suddenly stopped working. All devices were cut off. I turned bluetooth off, tried to turn it on again, not working. Restarted my computer, still not working. Went to device manager, uninstalled all bluetooth drivers actually I only uninstalled two of about 10, then all the others disappeared, too. Restarted Windows. Bluetooth not working. When I try the problem solution tool for bluetooth under updates and security, the result is, bluetooth is not available on this device/device does not have bluetooth. Obviously there must be a failure in Windows to detect it. Don't know why.

    I tried to install the official drivers first by intel, then from Lenovo directly i.e. the bluetooth drivers fro X1 Extreme 2nd from https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-x-series-laptops/thinkpad-x1-extreme/downloads/ds504937, no change.

    Finally, I made a Windows 10 recovery, reset my computer, still the same problem. Windows thinks my device does not have bluetooth.


    I hope someone may provide me with a working solution.
