Windows 10: Bluetooth not working /not visible on Uefi either?

Hi my Surface Go 3 is having issues:1. Bluetooth not available, no sign of it in device manager...2. Keyboard not connecting3.external drive not connecting4. Devices tab on UEFI boot screen not there?WiFi is working, Bluetooth paired history still visible...Latest MSI file downloaded and installed, no change, Multiple restarts no changeAll files up to date.Please help???

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

We suggest you to to follow the steps given below to troubleshoot your Bluetooth device.

Method 1

Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to
  Start button, and select the top most search result.
• Click View all.
• Select Hardware and Devices, click
  Advanced option, and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2

If the above method won't work, uninstall and re-install the Bluetooth driver by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X, and click Device Manager
  from the options.
• Expand the Bluetooth driver.
• Right click the Bluetooth driver, and select Uninstall option.
• Restart the computer to re-install the driver automatically, and check if the changes is effective.
