Windows 10: Bluetooth Not Working on PC & Has a Warning Sign in Device Manager

Hello. I have been having trouble connecting my earbuds to my PC today. Bluetooth worked great yesterday, but today, the option for it has disappeared on both the quick settings panel and the hidden apps panel. Even when I go to Settings to manually connect it, it gives me an error message and to try again. I went to device manager to update the driver, but I noticed that there a warning sign next to the Bluetooth driver and that it was already up to date. I even uninstalled it and restarted my PC but it still hasn't work. My PC is also up to date. I have a ASROCK B550 Phantom Gaming MOBO with

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

Thank you for your suggestion, but it has not helped.

Please note that the Bluetooth adaptor is not listed in the Device Manager.

There fore I cannot upgrade the software.

Are there any suggestions on loading the Adaptor, is this hardware supplied by the Manufacture of my PC.

How do I load the Bluetooth Adapter

• How can I automatically fix common Bluetooth problems?
• The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.
• Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown device listed in the Device Manager.

If the issue still persists, kindly give us more details by answering the following questions:

• Have you done any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• Have you tried your Bluetooth device with another computer and check if you were able to use it?
