Windows 10: Bluetooth not Working. Updater not updating.

I've been having issues with my Bluetooth connection since early April.I really wasn't paying attention as to the specific times that I had these issues, but long story short I noticed it when I couln't connect my blutooth controller to the computer. I tried updating the drivers for the blutooth device but it did not work. I basically gave up and decided to come back this this issue later. And now I'm back. I noticed that I may have to reinstall the drivers. Looked up how to do that online, and eneded up downloading Intel Driver Updater program which was able to update the drivers but my Blut

Bluetooth is not working — troubleshoot claims I don't even have it

I have done all the following steps:

- installed bluetooth driver from manufacturer
- hit windows update
- updated / uninstalled bluetooth items listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC
- updated / uninstalled USB drivers listed in Device Manager and restarted the PC (USB drivers automatically came back but not bluetooth)
- turned on and restarted all bluetooth support in services.msc
- conducted bluetooth troubleshooting
- conducted hardware troubleshooting

Bluetooth failure since last Win 10 update

Bluetooth issues after a Windows update could be due to:

• Outdated drivers.
• Corrupted Bluetooth or system files.
• Corrupted Windows update.

For initial troubleshooting steps, we suggest that you run the Windows 10 built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter:

• Type Troubleshoot in Windows search box and press Enter.
• Select Bluetooth, then click Run the troubleshooter.

If that didn't work, try running
System File Checker and DISM. Those are utilities in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.
