    Bluetooth not working Windows 10 Surface Pro


    Bluetooth is no longer available on my Surface Pro 7. I ran the troubleshooter and it said that my device does not have Bluetooth. I opened the device manager and Bluetooth is under hidden devices. I checked all of the drivers and they are up to date, yet all of them have Error Code 45. Please help.

    that seems to confirm that there is a problem with Bluetooth under windows 10 on original surface pro. I hope Microsoft step up and fix this problem in a 100% Microsoft environment.

    I had some problems with my touch screen, and for that and the Bluetooth problem, Microsoft replaced my surface pro with a refurbished surface pro 2, under the Microsoft complete for surface plan that I purchased with the tablet. this one did the upgrade
    to windows 10, and so far I am not having any troubles with Bluetooth. not sure if the Bluetooth problems were specific to my tablet, or common to all first generation Surface Pro's. but the surface Pro 2 is working well. Bluetooth not working Windows 10 Surface Pro :)
