Windows 10: Bluetooth not working

    Bluetooth not working


    Hi,

    i notice bluetooth on my laptop HP Envy 17-j110el (Windows 10 Home 64bit) not working.
    This problem was happening since i bought laptop, 5 months ago. I use bluetooth once in a month and i turn it on only when i use it.

    So i try transfer some files from my smartphone (which is paired with laptop). I turn bluetooth on in "bluetooth and other devices" -right click on icon in tray -receive a file. And this windows pop up:

    in device manager there is no bluetooth device detected:

    So i restart laptop (i leave bluetooth turned on) and bluetooth start to work again:

    I didnt install any driver. All driver on laptop was installed by Windows 10 update.

    Is there any way to fix this problem. Maybe by installing new driver?
