Windows 10: Bluetooth not working!!!!

    Bluetooth not working!!!!


    I recently got a new laptop and tried to connect my headphones. They connected but shortly after it said my Bluetooth was off. I go into settings and there is no switch to turn it back on. I troubleshoot the Bluetooth and it now says my device doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities. I've tried updating drivers and deleting them. How do I get it to work? I've tried pretty much everything.
