Windows 10: Bluetooth option not visible

I was using my pc and out of nowhere the bluetooth suddenly got disconnected and couldnt be displayed anymore.When i went to device manager, it somehow got hidden and aftwr several attempt to fix it, i finally decide to delete the driver and install it back from online and yet it didnt display. As a final attempt i decided to reset the pc but it still don't show the bluetooth option and when i go to device manager even after clicking on the ‘show hidden drivers’, it’s not visible. Apart from this my pc keeps displaying a blue screen showing a qr code and some other code saying ‘stop code’ at t

Method 1

Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to
  Start button, and select the top most search result.
• Click View all.

  Advanced option, and check Apply repairs automatically
  option.
• Follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2

If the above method won't work, uninstall and re-install the Bluetooth driver by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X, and click Device Manager
  from the options.
• Expand the Bluetooth driver.
• Right click the Bluetooth driver, and select Uninstall option.
• Restart the computer to re-install the driver automatically, and check if the changes is effective.

Permanently visible to Bluetooth devices

Hello, If Bluetooth is on, there is an option in Win10 via 'devices>bluetooth and other devices>more bluetooth settings>bluetooth settings/options' under 'detection' to check or uncheck "bluetooth devices can find this pc" which makes the pc visible or not visible to bluetooth devices. This feature does not work. regardless of whether I have this option checked or not my PC is visible to all bluetooth devices. In Windows 10, for both my HP Elitebook and the W10 on Windows bootcamp on my iMac, I have "devices can find this PC" unchecked. Yet both devices are findable with the greatest of ease. - Click Start and type "apps & features".

- Select Apps & Features.

- Find the Movies & TV app in the list and select it.

- Click Advanced Options

- Click Reset.
