Windows 10: Bluetooth Pair a Device Pop-up Control is not showing up completely and unable to expand or...

All of a sudden my computer running windows 10 OSbuild 18363.720 1909 version having issues while connecting bluetooth devices. I am able to recognize Bluetooth devices for pairing, but unable to click the Pair a Device pop-up control to allow as the pop-up is not completely shown. without clicking the control button "Allow" unable to connect. Below is a screenshot of the issue and need help asap. Unable to connect to my phone and computer and appreciate quick help please

Evelyn, thanks for the response. I did follow and did not help. The problem is not with the bluetooth recognizing the device, but the pop-up control "Pair Device" when shows on the screen does not display buttons Allow or Cancel. the pop-up control is
displaying properly. This happened all of a sudden since last few months. Please see the screenshot I have attached.

Hopefully this is the correct Forum !

I have a Microsoft Mouse 5000 and Wedge keyboard (the early one that does not fold).
Both have been working perfectly.

Recently I paired them both successfully with a new Samsung tablet, but when I came to use them again on my laptop,
I found that I could not pair either of them.

I have spent countless hours researching this without success.

Here's where I am now:

Settings > Bluetooth & other devices does not list either of them.
Device Manager > Bluetooth has both of them showing and reports both working properly.

Device Manager reports as follows:

Notebook Mouse 5000:
No driver files are required or have been loaded
The Events tab says that further installation is required

Wedge Mobile Keyboard:
No driver files are required or have been loaded
The Events tab says that further installation is required

The 2 Service Discovery Service entries also report that further installation is required.

Can anyone suggest the way forward, please ?
