  1. Bluetooth Pairing on PC directly to Hearing aides

I wear Oticon hearing aides and would like to directly pair my aides with the internal bluetooth on my PC.Unlike most bluetooth headphones, the hearing aides require a companion device such as a 'connect clip' which is paired to the computer's bluetooth and relay this to the hearing aides. These devices are costly and require a power source or they go flat quite quickly as streaming is very power exhaustive. They are also problematic as there are '2' connections. Can the bluetooth firmware on the PC be upgraded to pair directly? If apple can do it pair direct from iphone to the aides surely

    :)

Pairing hearing aids - device not detected

So, as a try, I was interested whether I could get sound on my hearing aids whilst watching a TV broadcast thru Microsoft Edge. Of course I can switch on the speakers but this is not desirable at times.

Along with my hearing aids I have a small device named ConnectClip. This device 'connects' other sound sources to my hearing aids. For instance, when listing to the radio on my smartphone.

Anyway, ConnectClip should be paired. I followed the video tutorial on this, that says nothing more than to enable Bluetooth, switched on the ConnectClip and select the device from the list at 'Add new device'.

As expected, it isn't that simple: the device is not detected.

I tried all kinds of settings but run out of ideas.

FWIW : at Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections I do notice an entry
"Bluetooth Network Connection 2" reading 'Not connected'
I am not sure whether that has something to do with it though.

The Device Manager > Bluetooth does not show some kind of 'Bluetooth adapter'.

    Windows 10 x64 19042.985
I can't verify the currently installed Bluetooth version.

    Anyone any suggestions..??

    Thanks!

Can my hearing aids pair with Windows 10?

Hi, I am trying to connect my Signia Pure 312 5Nx hearing aids to my Windows 10 computer. They are connected perfectly fine on my computer in Bluetooth, and are listed in my devices. But, the reason I even got these Bluetooth hearing aids was so
I would be able to connect to my computer and hear my computer through my hearing aids directly. My hearing aids are under Bluetooth devices, not sound.

Is it possible to change this? I would like to be able to stream sound directly from my computer to my hearing aids.
