    Bluetooth pairing


    Hi, I cannot get my windows 11 bluetooth to pair with my new mobile? But both devices recognise each other. My mobile states that my device and laptop are linked too. My mobile wants me to use a code as a passkey to input onto the laptop, but the laptop does not receive a prompt to do this, just keeps asking to retry connecting. I have had no problems in the past using bluetooth. The laptop recognises my husbands bluetooth with a green dot then 5 seconds later disconnects. Help please
