Windows 10: Bluetooth poor connection

When i use my wireless headphones the audio breaks after a interval of time ...and when this happens Bluetooth shows connected when the sound breaks and again shows connected music when it becomes normal ...and the connection of Bluetooth is so much poor that when i go further 2m only from my laptop the sound lagging and not hearing....i have done various thing like driver update hardware scan blutooth and audio device troubleshoot but it still exists......this is so much discasting because i have purchase a window 11 x64bit laptop 7 days ago.... I have updated everything ..... system r

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Run the troubleshooter for Bluetooth.

1. Go to Settings > Updates & Security > Troubleshoot.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems click on
   Bluetooth.
   
3. Follow the instructions on the troubleshooter.
   

Method 2:



Try updating the Bluetooth drivers. Refer the article to

update drivers in Windows 10.



Also, you can refer the article by Bose on

optimizing audio.

Bluetooth Speaker - Connected Voice (Poor Audio Quality)

I had no problem with device. It works with Ipad and phone.

Previously when I connected the device It says "Connected Voice And Music" now It says only "Connected Voice".

And It has low voice and poor audio quality.

Bluetooth Speaker : Anker Soundcore Motion Plus

PC : ASUS N552VW.

OS : Windows 10

Is it related to bluetooth problem?
