Windows 10: Bluetooth Problem with Audio and Voice.

I just recently bought a Sony WH1000mx3 and I wanted to use them as a all purpose headphones. That includes Movies, Music, Gaming and being on the go. Since my desktop computer does not have a built bluetooth, I had to go and buy a Bluetooth Usb dongle. It connected well between my Computer and my headphones but when I tried to do some gaming with them, it cuts the audio and all I can hear is the voice chat from matchmaking. Initially I thought it was the Usb dongle that was defected, but I realized that it has to do something between the voice chat and the game audio because when I start matchmaking it cuts but leaves the voice chat working. When I played a single player game, the Headphones work perfectly and I was hearing all the sounds until I accepted a party chat from my friend. When I joined the party chat, the game audio got cut and I all could hear was my friends voices. I tried setting up my table microphone as the default Mic, but it still wasn't working properly with my headphones. I'm just having some issues and if i could get some feedback as to how I can get both to work since I know it can work cause both channels would work properly for a few seconds until the game audio gets cut. My headphones do have a built in Mic but I prefer using my table Microphone and use my headphones for the audio. My computer runs on a Windows 10 64 bit.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.

N80 & Ford Audio System - Voice Command Problems

I have just bought a '56' plate Mondeo that has the new bluetooth Ford (Sony) audio system.

Even though the N80 is not listed as a compatible phone on
www.nokia.com/ford, I have managed to get nearly all features working by updating my N80 to the latest firmware (updated my phone 12/07/07).

My only problem now is with the 'PHONE, MOBILE NAME' voice command on the Ford audio system. If i reply with a valid voice tag, the N80 tries to dial the number but after a few seconds it (the phone) comes back with 'not possible' and disconnects. This applies
to any number I dial using voice tags.

Also, I get the same result when the bluetooth 'remote sim' mode is on or off.

I am assuming it is a software problem with the N80 as the audio system must be passing the voice command correctly for the phone to attempt to dial out.

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions/ideas on how i can overcome this?

Lumia 920 - Disable Bluetooth Audio but keep Voice

I've been searching everywhere and can't seem to find an answer to this..

What I want to do is keep the bluetooth voice link in my car (all working great btw) but disable the audio so that navigation directions come from the phone speaker. My Nokia N8 did this by default but I cannot seem to find an option in Setting or Drive to
prevent the audio from going to Bluetooth.



Any suggestions or know where this setting is?
