Windows 10: Bluetooth refuses to connect to headphones until restarting service from settings

Hello, I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I use with my computer. I already have it paired with the computer, and it shows up in the devices list just fine. Every day when I go to turn on my PC from cold shutdown and connect my headphones I have to go through the exceptionally annoying process of turning off Bluetooth using the slider in Settings, waiting at least 30 seconds specifically, and then turning it back on and clicking connect for it to work, otherwise it will consistently and immediately show "That didn't work..." when clicking the connect button. setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

Bluetooth refuses to connect to my headphones until it's deleted and reconnected, meaning if I connect my device to the computer it will refuse and say connected and then disconnect. I have tried everything, restarting my computer, and removing the driver, reinstalling and updating the bluetooth driver, this also affects me on Windows 7 as well. My computer can add it and detect normally and operate with no issues, I know there are no viruses because I had not installed any crazy apps. My windows version number for Windows 10 is Version 2004 (19041.329), My laptop is a DELL Latitude E5430, it comes with Windows 7 but I also have Windows 10 installed on it as well. I hope this helps, my only solution is deleting and uninstalling the bluetooth headphones or headset and reconnecting that will make this work.

If the issue happens under two different OS's and two different PC's, I don't know how you can say the phones aren't the problem *Confused

It would also help to know exactly what earphones you're talking about. I have a pair of Bose 700 headphones as well as a pair of AKG N60 headphones and have never had Bluetooth issues under any version of Windows 10. This is with both my laptop and desktops running Windows 10.
