  1. Bluetooth Services Issue

Dear Microsoft Support Team, I am experiencing significant issues with Bluetooth services on my Windows 11 system. m. I recently tried to connect a Bluetooth device to my PC, but it could not detect any Bluetooth devices. In contrast, my laptop can detect and connect to these devices without any issues. After entering services.msc and reviewing the services, I discovered that several essential Bluetooth services are either missing or not functioning correctly. Bluetooth Services

I've been using the audio gateway on my phone for a while, but when I actually looked through the list of services it does provide, I found it to be quite large. For some reason, my computer doesn't support many of these, such as remote control etc.

I'm pretty sure it has more or less to do with my bluetooth adapter, because it gives me only a small list of the total services it can accept. Anybody have any idea how I can add more?

  3. Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

    Hi,

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.

Let us know how it goes.
