Windows 10: Bluetooth showing, but unable to connect or suppress any device : how to solve ?

Hello everyone,I have just installed a new Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX motherboard with a 7800x3D processor and everything is running smoothly, except one thing : bluetooth.Bluetooth is showing, both in the task bar and in the settings ; I can turn it on or off. I even see all my paired devices from the old motherboard. But it is impossible to connect to or even suppress any of my devices, and I can add new ones either. It always says "This operation didn't work ..." translation from french.I had already installed the latest drivers through Gigabyte Control Center currently, it's the Intel B

Bluetooth not showing devices, won't connect new devices

I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2.

I'm on a laptop using the built-in Intel Wireless chip, which also comes with Bluetooth. I'm using one Bluetooth device - a headset, Jabra Evolve 65 - every day without issues.

Now I acquired another Bluetooth device - a game controller - and I cannot get the PC to detect it. My Android phone finds and connects to both the old headset and the new controller, so the peripheral devices shouldn't be at fault. After an extended online research, I found that something more fundamental is off with my Bluetooth - there seems to usually be a list of devices, both paired and "foreign, but detected", that is just missing from my interface.

I cannot be sure, but that list might just be missing ever since, I never paid attention. The Bluetooth on/off toggle works as intended, my headset disconnects and reconnects as expected. By the way, the "printer and devices" window is also empty, even though I do have a printer, mouse and keyboard up and running (and showing in device manager). The issues seem related, according to online searches. Windows Update is up to date and so is the Bluetooth driver, according to device manager. I removed every Bluetooth-related entry from device manager and restarted, they showed up again as per screenshot (automatically re-installed on restart, I reckon). I completed both an SFC scan and a DISM scan. I checked services.msc and both the Bluetooth and the printer spooler services are up and running. The issue persists. Any ideas?

 

Unable to connect devices to bluetooth

• If your computer crashes when connecting Bluetooth devices prior to disabling the built in Bluetooth adapter.

• If you can see exclamation points in Device Manager. To check this, you can perform the following:
  • Search and launch Device Manager using Cortana.

Bluetooth Device not connecting.

• I performed a reset through cloud download of my HP Pavilion 15-dk0050tx Windows 10 Laptop from windows' settings app.
  
• After the reset, I observed that my laptop is unable to connect to my mobile through Bluetooth.
  
• So I tried a few things from "answers.microsoft.com".
  
• What I tried are:
  

1. Updated my windows to the latest version.
   
2. Updated all windows apps from Microsoft Store.
   
3. Updated my all drivers from HP Support Assistant.
   
4. Performed troubleshoot of Bluetooth from Windows' settings.
   
5. Tried to update drivers from the device manager.
   
6. Removed my device from Bluetooth devices & tried to connect.
   
7. Uninstalled my device from the device manager & restarted my laptop.
   
8. Tried to connect my device again but failed.
   
9. To ensure which device(laptop or mobile) has a Bluetooth connectivity issue, I used another mobile but it was also unable to connect.
   

please suggest to me what should I do now
