    Bluetooth speaker issues

So, whenever I connect my bluetooth speaker(HK Onyx Studio 3) to Windows 10 it displays that it is "Connected music" inside of the bluetooth settings, but when I go to change the volume, and test to see if the sound works, it'll switch which audio device I am outputting to from the bluetooth speaker to my laptop speakers, and then it just says that the speaker is "Connected" in bluetooth settings.

I've also just tried to see if I could play music through it, but that simply doesn't work either and often the program just says that my audio device isn't working.

Does anyone know what's going on here?

P.S: I apologize for the horrific wording of this question, I'm definitely not the best when it comes to that stuff and I hope I've made it understandable enough. Thanks in advance for any help.

    :)
