  1. Bluetooth speakers still unable to connect in OS Build 19041.450

I updated Windows 10 to 2004 a couple months back and did not realize the bugs with Bluetooth and my Logitech Z337 speakers until long after the old version was deleted off my hard drive. I still cannot connect to them.

Here's how Bluetooth appears in Device Manager.

Recently scoured the web in search of a solution to this problem and saw reference to claims it was fixed. What do I need to do?

  3. Bluetooth Speaker connects as "Connected Voice" only

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand your concern as the Philips BT50B Bluetooth speaker is not getting connected as audio device, due to which you are unable to play any music from the speaker. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly,
please reply with the answers to the questions below.

    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the make and model of the motherboard?
Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these methods and check if that helps.

    Method 1: Uninstall the drivers.

    1. Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
    2. Scroll down and expand Bluetooth & Audio Adapters. Now Right click on the
      Philips BT50B devices and select
      Uninstall.
    3. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device” and click
      Ok.
    4. Restart the PC and reconnect the device.
Method 2: Please refer the steps as mentioned in this article:

Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows 10

    Hope it helps.

    Bluetooth Speaker Connect

    Hi ChixRip,

Thank you for bringing this issue to us.

I am glad to work with you and help you with your concern.

I understand that connect your Surface Book to a Bluetooth Speaker.

Don't you worry ChixRip we will work together to resolve this concern

Here are the steps to connect your Bluetooth speaker to your Surface book, please see the link below:

Connect a Bluetooth device in Windows

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15290/...

Just an additional information, when you are unable to see your Bluetooth speaker on Bluetooth and other devices, base on personal experience here's what I do to connect it:

Step 1. Open Settings, then go to Devices then go to Bluetooth and other devices

Step 2. Make your device visible by turning on its Bluetooth, usually you can do this by just turning on your Bluetooth speaker, but it actually depends on the manufacturer

Step 3: On Bluetooth and other devices click add other Bluetooth and other devices.

When your Bluetooth speaker is visible or turned on you will be able to see it, then just click it and you are good to go.

Thank you again for working together with us ChixRip.

Please continue to have a good day

    Best Regards,
