Windows 10: Bluetooth speakers work on my smartphone but keep cutting on laptop

I recently bought a Sony WF-XB700 bluetooth speakers that I loved using on my smartphone, but when I tried to use them on my laptop, the voice would work for a few seconds, then it cut off for a few seconds and so on, Could you tell me something I can do?

I recently bought a WF-XB700 sony bluetooth speakers which I loved using on my smartphone,

but when I tried to use them on my laptop the voice would work for a few seconds then it cuts off for a few seconds and so on,

I tried reinstalling bluetooth drivers and updating them but It got me nowhere,

please tell me if there is something I can do,

Bluetooth speaker wont connect to laptop?


I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do here, my Bluetooth speaker wont connect and isn't even discoverable by my laptop. i want to connect my Bluetooth speaker to my laptop but when i go to Bluetooth settings my speaker does not show up on the list of devices. I have un-installed and re-installed the drivers, i've reset the Bluetooth driver management service and Bluetooth support services but still nothing is working, any help would be much appreciated.

just in case you need to know the specs.
speaker: Bush soundbar model-BSB02BT20
laptop: Hp Elitebook 8470p running windows 10

Make sure the speakers and your computer are not so far apart, you should also verify that no other device is trying to connect to the speakers, as this can cause the sound from your speakers to cut off.
