Windows 10: Bluetooth Suddenly Not Working on PC

Hello! I have a Dell Precision 5520, and I often use the Bluetooth capabilities on it. The most recent time I used Bluetooth on this device was a few hours ago, today. Suddenly, when I went to connect via Bluetooth, I saw that there is no turn on Bluetooth option in "Bluetooth & Other Devices". When I ran the trouble shooter, and it said "System is not capable of using Bluetooth".A hard reset of the computer does not fix this issue. Has anybody run into this same issue? Thank you!

Microsoft bluetooth mouse 3600 suddenly undetected


I'm using a Microsoft mouse 3600 on Windows 10, all worked fine until suddenly the mouse stopped working, it disappeared from the Bluetooth detection and can't be found anymore. I need to say Windows performed an update yesterday but it still worked fine after the update. I've tried replacing batteries, updating Bluetooth driver, went one step before the updates and nothing. I obviously tried troubleshooting about anything.The mouse does work on other laptops.

Any ideas? thanks

 

Bluetooth headphones suddenly stopped working.


HI,

My Bluetooth headphones have suddenly stopped working. They were working fine this morning. The headphones are connected and I see it in devices + printers but I no longer see it in playback devices.

Any ideas?

link. Click the drop-down arrow for the Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown devices listed in Device Manager section to view the appropriate steps.
