Bluetooth takes too long to disable via Quick Settings

Sometimes turning off the Bluetooth via the Quick Settings takes too long clicking on the system tray icons -> Bluetooth toggle button and makes the Bluetooth toggle button "stuck" in ON mode for a long while. This mostly happens after a reboot but can be quite random turning BT first off before shutdown or reboot. This issue is not present on Windows 10, it started with Windows 11. Using Windows 11 Pro 21H2 build 22000.613.I have tried this with two different Wifi/BT cards: a Ubit WIE7265 Wifi/Bluetooth 4.2 card and a Ubit AX210 Wifi 6E/Bluetooth 5.2 card and they experience the same

How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)
