Windows 10: Bluetooth voice breakage

Discus and support Bluetooth voice breakage in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have Ptron Tangent duo ear phones, which works fine with my mobile phone, it takes a hell lot of time to connect to my levovo ideapad 330 15ikb.. ,...     Bluetooth voice breakage


    I have Ptron Tangent duo ear phones, which works fine with my mobile phone, it takes a hell lot of time to connect to my levovo ideapad 330 15ikb.. , and after connecting also it taks time to give music and audio permissions to it. The main problem is if a lt the earphone bee connected for some time with no audio the voice starts breaking and then stops, this doesn't occur in continuous playing. pls give me a solution, i tried reinstalling drivers but there was no change.

    Bluetooth in windows 10

    My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

    I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

    Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision

    Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.


    • Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.

    • Click on voices

    • And select find other voices that work with Narrator.
