Windows 10: Bluetooth: "We didn't receive any response" and other driver problems

Prepare for a lengthy problem.The back-story:3 days ago, I bought a new bluetooth game controller, the 8BitDo Pro 2, which is intended for use on PC, Apple, Android, and the Nintendo Switch. I've now spent the last 2 days trying every method under the sun to get it to connect to my PC. I have already managed to get it to work on another PC, an iPad, and my Switch, so I am confident that there isn't anything wrong with the controller.The problem is this - when trying to connect it via bluetooth, the PC can find the controller, but it can't finish off the connection. thanks for the suggestion. I tried all relevant solutions. I already run the troubleshoot several times, didn´t help. I tried to update the driver, shows that current driver is updated. I tried several other tips, but the issue remains.

I´m hopeles.

 

Bluetooth dongle problem!

My problem was (got a new laptop w/ built in bluetooth) that the actual bluetooth did not connect with the PC. I didn't have audio playback problems because the bluetooth wasn't even connected to the PC. Someone on another forum said that he had a similar problem and it was due to the wireless mouse drivers he used. I also used a wireless mouse with a little receiver dongle.

What I have done:

1. Restart Bluetooth support service.
   
2. Run Bluetooth troubleshooter.
   
3. Uninstall Bluetooth drivers and reinstall.
   

I tried to reinstall the system on the other hard disk partitions with the same system image. The Bluetooth function is normal in the new system.
So I decided to fix the problem by modifying the old system registry.

According to the class ID of the Bluetooth hardware found in the device manager, the problem is fixed by querying the registry values related to the old and new systems.
