Bluetooth_Intel_19.60.0_W10x64_A , this is an original program is there a credible resource for an update??? some where for a reliable updates for a laptop assembled in 2017. I am sure that this Bluetooth device is out of date as far the performance. Then there is more with continuous leaps and bounds in ab & capability. Do we always need to replace with the newer and better, faster and more expensive? We know it is, but should we at least allow for an amount of time for each and another for updating new hardware? We think of our carbon footprint as being how much we dispose of and the manufactures of these pieces of hardware loving it. They know that these items are easier to toss, but cannot be recycled them because of the impurities left over and pass it on down to whom unknown. Should we at least ask for a certain amount of useful time and updates and capabilities in use rather than, oh well, out of date, scrap it! Yes I am a little angry, but then I am not the only one. Companies manufacturers should be acknowledged for their use permits and scrap or/yes here it comes/CARBON FOOT PRINT.

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Bluetooth_Intel_19.60.0_W10x64_A ; is there any free credible resource for update from... :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
