Windows 10: bluetotth device keeps disappearing and disconnecting.

my bluetooth icon started disappearing again and again. i had the issue resolved at the service center but its happening again. whenever i moved my lapotp or touched the keyboard, the icon disappeared and my bluetooth headphones disconnected instantly. i tried updating the drivers but nothing happened. then i uninstalled the blueetooth devide rfcoom protoal tdi but now the icon is not visible at all.

• Pair the Bluetooth device to the system.
• Right click on the Speaker icon in the System tray and select
  Playback Devices.
• Select the device and click on the drop down list next to Set default button.
• Select the option to connect and disconnect from the device.

  Did you make any hardware changes in your computer prior to this issue?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

  Select Device manager by Right click
  on the start screen.

  Hoover the mouse and click on Scan for hardware changes.
  
• 
  Restart your computer and check if that helps.
