Windows 10: Blurred pixels on 2k display

I had a full hd screen before and everything was very clear. Now that I've bought a new computer, I have a 2K screen. After I set everything up, I have a very large screen and very small icons at 100% zoom. I set it to 125 and it became convenient. I noticed that the screen was not clear. The icons didn't seem to be any clearer, and so did some of the text. I started looking for a solution to the problem. I reinstalled the drivers, set custom scaling, turned on ClearType, nothing helped, I searched everything but couldn't find it. I had this problem on a Full hd screen and I solved it using th

Display issues - Pixelated at times


Hi all,

Having weird display issues on my Laptop running Windows 10 - Pictures and videos look a bit pixelated at times.
All drivers updated and windows updates have been installed. See image below:

I'm encountering a challenging issue on my Windows 11 system that I hope to get some insights on. My system exhibits a persistent blurring effect around windows or applications when they are not in active use. This problem is notably pronounced with certain applications like Visual Studio Code and the OBS stream chat. The issue seems to be system-wide and independent of the application in use.

System Specifications:

• Operating System: Windows 11
  
• Display: High-resolution (2560x1440) on a 32-inch monitor
  
• Display 2: 1080x1920 (Vertical) 27 inch monitor.
  

Symptoms:

• Blurring effect around inactive windows or parts of the screen, affecting multiple applications.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated all graphics and system drivers.
  
• Adjusted High DPI scaling settings and experimented with custom scale settings in Windows.
  
• Reinstalled affected applications.
  
• Attempted various display and system settings adjustments, including changing resolution, scaling, and refresh rate settings.
  

Temporary Resolution Attempt:

• Changing the monitor setting from "Auto" to "Wide" provided temporary relief, but the issue later reoccurred.
  

Additional Context:

• The blurring seems to activate when focus shifts away from a window or application.
  
• Standard display setting adjustments and driver updates have not resolved the issue.
  

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and is impacting my workflow significantly. I would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or guidance on further troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else experienced something similar or can offer advice on resolving this?
