Windows 10: Blurred Windows Pop-ups

It started today for some reason, and it was nothing I have changed deliberately. For example, when I wish to save an image and the "save as" op up appers, it is now blurry compared to everything else around it. I have the fix blurry apps setting applied and the zoom etc is fine fro the resolution. It is just the pop up that is blurred. Any good ideas why, has this started because of an update. It was ok yesterday. Screen shot attached. It happens with all windows pop ups apart from the file explorer , pictures folders etc.

  Open Microsoft Edge.

  Click on (…) at the top right corner.
  
• 
  Click on settings.
  
• 
  Click on View Advanced Settings.
  
• 
  There you will be able to manage Pop ups.
  
• 
  If you don’t want then you will be able to turn on/off.

annoying desktop pop ups

Hi Sheena,

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.
