Windows 10: Blurry Blue and Red pixels on my display, with images detailing my problem

I for some reason started getting very blurry Blue and Red pixels on my monitor since I changed from HDMI to Displayport, and the pixels become blurry when I launch a game and it stays even when I close the game, I need to either change my Refresh rate to 60Hz and then back to 144Hz or restart my PC to fix the issue, and as soon as I launch any game again it just makes the pixels blurry again. The monitor model is LC27G5xT Samsung. Is this a monitor/Displayport/geforce drivers/PSU issue? Which problem? Do you mean that photos resized to fit your screen appear blurry? Or do you mean that images smaller than your window size are blurry?

The problem is with images that are displayed in their actual size, one pixel in the image is displayed as one pixel on the screen.

I have given up on this problem. When I want to see really sharp pictures without having to worry about their size, I open them in a different app.

It can't be dead pixels, this is something that affects display of images on the screen, not taking the photo in the first place.

Are they actually solid pixels, or blurry dots?

If it is blurry, then it sounds like something I've noticed in several cameraphones with either no flash or an LED flash when used in low light conditions.

I was using windows when I got BSOD and restarted the PC. Now the all the system fonts are pixelated. Even in Chrome the menu text is pixelated. The only fonts that are normal are the fonts in windows settings.
