Windows 10: blurry desktop icons, fuzzy tray icons ? windows 11 fresh install

I have a problem displaying icons in my fresh new build, the desktop icons appear blurry, Tray icons are fuzzy and icon folder custom icons to use later appear "broken".i tried every trick possible, by updating the graphics, rebuilding the icon cache, deleting the tray's reg file so it rebuilds itself after explorer restart, i tried everything and none of these works.... i don't use any 3rd party theme or customization app, this is just out of the box a fresh reinstall of win11pro for the 4th time and this is becoming very annoying.... any help is appreciated guys.MB: Asus z690-iCPU: 13700kR

fuzzy/blurry font and icons. How to Fix ?


I'm experiencing fuzzy/blurry font and icons for some of the applications. For example: Dell touchpad circular scrolling icon is fuzzy, while on 8.1 it was fine. Even the text in Device manager is fuzzy, while on the properties window of this PC it is fine. See below:-

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.

 

Tray icon disappears

I've been experiencing since the installation of Windows XP SP2 on multiple machines with the ATITool Tray Icon disappearing upon load at system startup. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. Enabling or Disabling the "Hide Inactive (tray) Icons" WinXP menu option doesn't have any effect. The only way to open ATITool after it has loaded is to go through the start menu to open it again. I have "minimize on close" selected in ATITool. When closing ATITool, you see it make the motions of minimizing to the tray area but no icon is displayed. Any ideas?
