Windows 10: blurry photos How can I fix it so the picture isn't blurry?

Discus and support blurry photos How can I fix it so the picture isn't blurry? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a picture of my great uncle and I want to enlarge and crop the picture.     I have a picture of my great uncle and I want to enlarge and crop the picture. I can do the enlarge and cropping, but I can not get it from blurring. if i make the picture smaller the blur is better, but that is no change of the picture. I want the picture larger, cropped, and not blurry. Can some one help guide me on how to take out the blurry part. the other parts I can do. but not the blurring.

    Pictured Are Blurry in Windows 10 Photos App


    Anyone else finding that pictures in the Windows 10 Photos App are blurry? The same pictures are perfect in the Windows Photo Viewer.

    I'm not sure how to demo it as I don't know how it's going to display on your screen and I'm not sure whether TenForums compresses uploaded images. I'll try with a PNG of both the Photos app and Windows Photo Viewer side-by-side.

    I can't see a way to view images at their 100% original size in the Photos App (which is really stupid), so I've also attached just the 'Tabs' dialogue box as well. Because it's smaller, it should display at 100% magnification on your screen and therefore not be subjected to downscaling-to-fit.

    Alternatively, just take a screenshot of the Internet Explorer 'Tab' settings (in 'Internet Options'), and open the screenshot in both the Photos App and Windows Photo Viewer and compare them.

    Photos half blurry

    My photos are blurry on half the picture. It is like it in the view mode. Any help appreciated

    Blurry background pictures

    After the recent update of Windows 10, my pictures when set as background are blurry and mis-sized.

    When I use Picture Manager, the resizing deature doesn't work or produces a pictue which is not what I entered. When I try to return to the original setting, it won't change the background at all. Pictures that used to fit my background now are blurry and
    mis-sized

    I have turned on the fix blurry apps feature and restarted - no better
