    Does anyone have an answer and solution for sudden blurry text issue with my Microsoft Surface? It's affecting everything - Outlook, Chrome, Excel, Adobe InDesign. Thanks.

    I have read many topics and tried some of the methods were suggested. I don't know which one of them actually solved this problem but it doesn't matter because finally, it seems fine now. Anw, you can find all of those methods I've tried here:

    Hi,

    I understand the inconvenience caused to you. I will be glad to assist you for the issue.

    This issue could if there is Microsoft edge settings has been changed or display driver is not installed properly.

    Have you made changes to the Computer prior to the issue?

    I Suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

    1. Press Windows Key + R from the Keyboard to open the Run Command Dialog Box.
    2. Type in the following Run Command. "control.exe /name Microsoft.Display
    "
    3. Click on the text "Adjust ClearType text"
    4. For individually adjust, press / click the Next button and check if the issue is rectified.

    Blurry text in windows 10 in some programs

    Thank you for the feedback, JK. Have you tried to adjust the compatibility settings of the Microsoft Office programs? If you haven't, then let's adjust it to improve its appearance. Follow these steps:

    • Click the Windows icon, then File Explorer.
    • Open Microsoft Office folder.
    • Right-click the icon of the Office program with blurry text and click
      Properties      .
    • Click the Compatibility tab and check Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.
    • Click Apply, then OK.

    Let us know how it goes.
