Windows 10: blurtooth not recieving and sending files

Discus and support blurtooth not recieving and sending files in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; whenever I go for receiving and sending files on Bluetooth it says windows was unable to transfer some files....     - send and recieve files

    it is... but when I use msn messenger, I cannot send or recieve files (like how it says on that page).

    When ppl try to send me things, I cannot even see it to accept or reject the file.

    What should I do?

    5530 stpped sending or recieving texts

    As title, my son's 5530 has stopped recieving or sending texts. Outgoing texts sit in the outbox.



    I've rest the phone, upgraded to latest software, checked the message centre number, the sim card sends and recieves ok in another phone.



    Any other suggestions?

    mms wont recieve or send pics

    mms wont recieve or send pics. .please help

    I have tried the following:

    • data is on
    • I did a hard reset
    • turn phone off and on several times
    What else can I do?
